Admire Classroom expectations
Be Safe: Tuck your belongings away in your work area. Be Responsible: Learn from bell to bell. Stay in your seat until the bell dismisses you. Be Respectful. Consider using your voice as if in a public place, such as a library, a hospital waiting room, an airport, or a theater. If your computers are open, present eye contact during Instructional Time. Need something to do when you finish all your work?
Check out resources from Westside High Publications. |
OWN IT. No one will enjoy or appreciate your efforts and ideas as much as you. Own your work: Begin each mod session by accessing your Google Classroom Stream. Read it. Watch tutorials. Complete assignments. Create beautiful work. "The Dot" continues to inspire me every year. Name on your work. Own Your Character: While you explore the world using technology, be safe, be responsible, be respectful. I cannot watch all of you all of the time, although I have many wonderful tools to help me with this daunting task!
The WHS Student Handbook is provided for you to review the technology expectations, just in case you should ever forget. See pages 41-48 for student Code of Conduct.
Own Your Life: Years from now, you won't likely remember the grade you received in the class. You will remember what you created: Relationships, work ethics, habits. This Volvo Truck commercial inspires our best efforts. Time for a new semester! Info Tech Semester 2
